How does the Free Lifetime Replacement Guarantee Work? Since our gold is plated there’s always a possibility of wearing. Luckily, that happens less than 1% of the time.

What does the Guarantee mean? Our guarantee means that should our jewelry ever tarnish, break, or wear we’ll replace it for free. There is no time limit and no restriction on the number of times you send it in during your lifetime.

How is Lifetime Jewelry Made? We use a proprietary formula to bond the gold to certain minerals. We typically put 10X more gold than standard electroplate, making it more resistant to wear. We strive to make our jewelry look and feel as close to solid gold as possible.

How can I make the jewelry last longer?Your jewelry will last longer if you don’t expose it to heavy chemicals.ab Therefore we suggest taking it off when showering or swimming. Some strong soaps, perfumes or colognes can do damage as well.
As an extra precaution we suggest wiping your jewelry clean with a damp cloth at the end of each day. The good news is that if your jewelry gets damaged in any way, you may take advantage of our guarantee for a 10)% free replacement

How to Mail it

Track your package using the least expensive postal method possible. You will be responsible for the cost of your shipment, which shouldn’t be more than $2 or $3. We will not charge you for our shipping expenses of the return.

If you email us your tracking number at contact@lifetimeproductsgroup.com we can send your replacement more quickly. Include your name, ORDER ID, and shipping address in your email to us.

Tips to Guard Against Theft

  • Address it to “LJ” instead of “Lifetime Jewelry” so as not to identify it as jewelry
  • Securely wrap it to guard against it accidentally coming out of the package.
  • Make sure the jewelry does not rattle around. (If it makes noise when shaken it could alert thieves.)
  • Don’t use a letter envelope. A manilla envelope or bubble mailer is safer.
