How to Get Measurements for a Necklace
Prior to placing an order, it's important to correctly size the wearer's neck.
A man's neck size corresponds to his shirt's collar size.
Since a woman's neck is usually unknown, use a soft measuring tape to measure.
If you don't have one, you can use a ribbon or string.
First, wrap the ribbon around the base of the neck, right above the collar bone, and mark the spot where the ends meet.
Then, lay the ribbon against a yardstick or ruler to determine approximate neck size.
